Kinematic Endurance Coaching 

When it comes to coaching, one size doesn't fit all. We understand that for some, it can be difficult fitting in your training around work, kids and social commitments. Some have more time than others. Whatever your situation, the coaches at Kinematic Coaching like to work WITH you when it comes to structuring your training and getting the best out of each session. 

All sessions are delivered on TrainingPeaks and we like to keep regular contact, regardless of which package you're on. You also have a consultation, either in person or over zoom. We look at you as a whole and come up with goals, races to target, strengths and weaknesses. All sessions are delivered via power or heart rate and will sync up to your watch and Zwift. No matter what it is you're training for, Amelia and Greg have the skills, knowledge and dedication to get you race ready and ready to perform when you get onto that start line!
